(Technology) Fee $100.00 for EACH STUDENT
PLEASE
NOTE: The registration/technology fee and this accompanying form are due
in the school office to the attention of Mrs. Sandy Stallo. This non-refundable
fee will be applied toward technology for the 2007-2008 school year. This
will secure placement for your child(ren) and help us determine our needs
and supplies for the next year. Our enrollment is increasing almost daily
and the need for a definite commitment is essential.
Birth
