This non-refundable fee will be applied toward technology for the school year. This will secure placement for your child(ren) and help us determine our needs and supplies for the next year. Our enrollment is increasing almost daily and the need for a definite commitment is essential. Birth certificates, immunization form, baptismal certificate (if not baptized at SVF) must accompany registration form. The required immunization form and official registration form are available in the school office upon request.
