Admission and Enrolling:  Next Steps

Life is a series of steps that you take.  St. Vincent Ferrer’s staff and faculty respect the important step you are taking in looking at our elementary for your child.. 

How do you learn what St. Vincent Ferrer is all about?  Experience it! 

Here are a few suggestions for checking out what St. Vincent Ferrer is really like…

Schedule a school visit.  To schedule a school visit contact the school office at (513) 791-9030 or email: zinser_s@svf-school.org. 

Schedule a shadowing visit.  This shadowing experience matches your child up with a current student who shows them around St. Vincent Ferrer during the course of a day.  It gives you and your child a real feel for whether our school is the place for them.  To schedule a shadowing visit, call the school office at (513) 791-9030 or email zinser_s@svf-school.org. 

Attend an Open House.  Typically, our open houses are held in the fall.  Check this web page occasionally to view when future open houses are scheduled.  During the open house you get to meet students, faculty, and staff at St. Vincent Ferrer.  Check back again for dates/times to attend the next Open House.

The doors of our school are always open for your family to come visit.  It’s best to let us know that you are coming.      

Next steps to take in enrolling at St. Vincent Ferrer…

Step # 1 – Complete the new incoming student application.  Note:  There are separate applications for those entering kindergarten and those entering grades 1-8.  Click here to complete the kindergarten application.  Click here to complete the application for grades 1-8.  The application should be returned to the school office.

Step # 2 – Complete the registration form.  Click here to complete the registration form. 

Step # 3 - A $125 registration/technology fee must accompany the registration form in order to secure placement for your child(ren).  Birth certificate, immunization form, and baptismal certificate (required for Catholics) must also be received with the registration form.  Click here for a copy of the immunization form.

Step # 4 – Upon receiving your tuition payment information in the mail, you will need to indicate the method of payment that works best for your family.  Click here to view financing options that available at St. Vincent Ferrer.

Note:  If you fax in the registration form, immunization form, and baptismal certificate, remember that registration is not complete until the $125 registration/technology fee is paid.

Drop it off:  You are always welcome to drop off your materials in the front office at St. Vincent Ferrer School.

                   During the school year office hours: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

                   During the summer office hours: Closed for July

 August 1:    8:00am to 3:30pm till School starts on Aug. 22
